The operating layer

Built around how tennis actually gets scheduled.

Rally Art starts with the messy real-world overlap between player demand, club rules, court availability, teaching pros, clinics, and private lessons.

Availability

Coach windows meet court holds

Coaches define when and where they teach. Club admins block courts for events, maintenance, clinics, and policies. Availability is calculated from both sides.

Setup

Clubs stay in control

Organizations manage locations, courts, offerings, staff access, booking rules, coach approvals, and recurring programming.

Player app

Players book from real inventory

Players should be able to find a favorite coach, request lesson time, and eventually reserve eligible court time from the same operating data.

Role-aware by design

One account can wear more than one hat.

A player may become a clinic participant, a coach may work across more than one organization, and a club administrator may also teach. Rally Art treats roles as operating contexts, not separate people.

Player

Player Morgan

Finds a favorite coach, sees lesson or court options, and books from availability that respects club rules and coach schedules.

Club admin

Administrator Ashley

Sets up locations, courts, blocked time, staff access, booking products, clinics, and coach approvals for the organization.

Coach

Coach Joe

Sets his availability, teaching locations, eligible lesson types, travel notes, and connection requests to clubs.

Both

Josh as admin and pro

Can switch between business ownership, club setup, and personal coaching workflows without pretending those are the same job.

Product owner

Rally Art command post

Gives the product owner a guarded view into users, roles, organizations, D1 tables, and platform-level support tasks.

Signup path

Start with a light signup, then finish setup after first login.

The public signup flow gathers just enough to start the right account path. Coaches and club administrators complete deeper setup after their first login.
